GAMES OF THRONES Actor Cast as TITANS' BRUCE WAYNE

  • Game of Thrones' Iain Glen to Play Bruce Wayne in Titans Season 2

The Teen Titans characters are above the PG-13 rules, as we can see that with Dick Grayson cutting and stabbing villains and saying some very bad things about Batman. While Batman is still as committed to protecting Gotham as he was as a young superhero, he and Grayson "hope to forge a new dynamic as Bruce tries to help his former sidekick and the Titans achieve success".

Furthermore, between Batman's increasingly prepared portrayal in Titans and Glen's recognition from Game of Thrones, DC fans are having a great deal of enthusiastic responses to this throwing news.

Of course, many are familiar with Glen due to his outstanding role as Jorah Mormont on HBO's GAME OF THRONES, one of Daenerys Targaryen's most trusted advisers.

In a recent interview, Producers told "DEADLINE" that Glen will play an older version of the character, "decades" into his career as Batman.

Glen, also now appearing in the BBC/PBS Masterpiece miniseries Mrs Wilson, will portray an older version of Wayne - Batman's alter ego - than we've generally seen in the past.

No release date has been set for Titans 2, but hopefully we can get it sometime later in the year. Glen's age puts him about the same age Bruce was when he came out of retirement in iconic story The Dark Knight Returns, so him suiting up is not impossible.

You can see Glen in action in the Game of Thrones season premiere on April 14, and when Titans returns this fall.

If you haven't watched Titans yet, here are a few reasons it's worth checking out. In the new season, Batman will show up in the series.

In addition to exploring the life of Dick Grayson/Robin (Brenton Thwaites), Titans features Kory Anders/Starfire (Anna Diop), Rachel Roth/Raven (Teagan Croft), and Gar Logan/Beast Boy (Ryan Potter).
