This news happens to come just weeks after initial premiere of Leaving Neverland, which focuses around claims of child sex abuse made against Michael Jackson, giving particular attention to the allegations made by Jimmy Safechuck and Brisbane-born Wade Robson.

Jackson posted eyeroll emojis, followed by another tweet: "lies lies lies omg and more lies".

A source close to Paris tells ET that she had an accident at her home Saturday morning that required medical treatment and a brief hospitalization. "The victim was transported to a local hospital".

Louis Vuitton has pulled Michael Jackson-themed clothing items from its summer menswear collection in the wake of HBO's airing of the Leaving Neverland documentary, in which two men detail Jackson's sexual abuse of them in the early '90s.

Hours before the incident, Jackson responded to fans who shamed her online for not publicly defending her father from the allegations.

TMZ also claimed Paris Jackson was released from a Los Angeles hospital around 4:45 p.m. ET on Saturday. "She is now resting at home and doing fine", the source says.

"There's nothing I can say that hasn't already been said in regards to defense", Jackson wrote.

While Leaving Neverland is certainly a compelling - and in some parts extremely hard - watch, there are some key aspects missing, including testimonials from Jackson's former staff members, other young boys Jackson was associated with, Jackson's own family, and the lengthy FBI investigation into the child molestation allegations.
