  • Former UFC champion Conor Mc Gregor is speaking out following his Monday morning arrest in Miami. More

The MMA superstar pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct charges in July 2018 after throwing a hand-truck into a bus window at a media event at the Barclays Center, in Brooklyn, N.Y., in April ahead of UFC 223, which was captured on video and shared on social media.

According to the police, McGregor "walked away" with the phone, which was at valued at $1,000 by the victim.

McGregor - one of the highest-paid athletes in the world - owns a home in Miami Beach and had been out celebrating his mother's 60th birthday. The man, Ahmed Abdirzak, claims McGregor tricked him into going in for a handshake before he slapped the phone out of his hand.

New footage has emerged of Floyd poking fun at McGregor for getting busted over damaging a fan's phone.

"As soon as he came to shake my hand, he pulled me in, and he grabbed my phone and started smashing it". Move, ' and then I was like, 'Yo, sir, can I have my phone back?' There was a security in his entourage around him and I asked him if I could get my phone back and it was like, 'Yo, move, man.

McGregor was arrested for strong-armed robbery and misdemeanour criminal mischief, which could carry a hefty prison sentence. He was like, 'Get the f*** out of my face.

As of this writing, Abdirzak says he will be discussing with lawyers if charges will be filed.

He was released Monday night on US$12,500 bail. "Mr. McGregor appreciates the response of law enforcement and pledges his full cooperation".

Conor McGregor is among the biggest and the most popular names when it comes to the UFC. While this may be true for McGregor, it surely isn't the case for legendary boxer Floyd Mayweather who takes nearly every occasion possible to troll his current and former opponents.
