  • This may be the new 2019 iPhone Xi

If you are eager to know what the next iPhone or the iPhone XI may look like, then this new leak should interest you. Tipster Onleaks partnered with Digit.in has shared what appear to be the first renders of Apple's next flagship device, the iPhone XI. There's nothing concrete from Apple's end, but we don't expect much considering how the company likes to keep a low-key even until the day of the official launch, which will take place in September this year. We have no sure way of knowing which of the upcoming phones is shown in the renders, but with such a drastic change in the camera setup, it's probably the top-of-the-line model. These models will succeed the current iPhone XR, the iPhone XS, and the iPhone XS Max. The cameras and LED flash are arranged in a squircle positioned in the top left corner of the phone.

The camera setup will include three cameras in a triangle formation along with a hexa LED flash and a secondary noise cancellation microphone.

It is thought that the unusual alignment might have something to do with apple adopting a 3D camera sensor for its next phone. The placement of the three cameras is also something to look out for.

Coming back to the leaked render of the iPhone XI, the image shows the same black glass back with Apple's shiny logo at the center and the word "iPhone" written at the bottom. But seasoned Apple watchers will recognise last year as an "S" upgrade year where the company just bolsters its design from the previous year.

OnLeaks notes the 2019 iPhones are still in Engineering Validation Test (EVT) stage, and the design may change before it's inevitable launch in September 2019.
