  • Arsenal transfer fixer Raul Sanllehi and Aaron Ramsey

Aaron Ramsey has signed a five-year deal worth $46 million with Juventus.

The 28-year-old's current preference is to join the Italian champions but, contrary to some reports, he has yet to make a final decision and will continue to consider offers from a number of Europe's leading clubs.

The Guardian have claimed that Ramsey will earn upwards of £140,000 per week, making him the club's second-highest paid player behind Cristiano Ronaldo.

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey will undergo Juventus medical examination on January 13, 90min reported.

Arsenal fans just hope he doesn't end up joining a Premier League rival, because according to BBC Sport's David Ornstein, the Wales global has a preference if he were to stay in England.

Arsenal fans are resigned to losing Ramsey in the summer but it would be a bigger blow if he swapped Premier League allegiances by securing a move to Liverpool.

"His agent will be in Italy soon to meet Juventus director Paratici and sign the contract for next season". He asked in Blackpool to play, he said: "Coach, I want to play".

"Every training day with us he is working very well and I want his behaviour and focus the same for West Ham on Saturday".

Nevertheless, Emery still trusts in Ramsey to provide cover and competition until the end of the season, saying: 'I say to him every day that we need his performance for us.

Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez, who Emery had on loan during his time at Sevilla, has been strongly linked with a move to the Emirates.

Arsenal sit fifth in the Premier League, just three points off the top four, and are also into the last 32 of the Europa League and FA Cup.
