But while we have no idea how much (or little) the Duchess of Cambridge knows of the Kar-Jenner dynasty, Kim is well aware of Kate - and even designed something for her way back when.

The card was made by Alma Shahar, six, whose father Yair Shahar, 49, had been given critical treatment by the air ambulance after being run over by a vehicle when cycling in Edmonton, north London, in 2016. A sunny shot of Kate riding alongside Camilla in a horse-drawn carriage on their way to the 2017 Trooping the Colour celebrations also made the cut, along with a close-up of a smiling Kate during her recent visit to Evelina London Children's Hospital.

But when quizzed about what he had given his wife as a gift, he laughed off the question.

Prince William, a former pilot with the air ambulance service in East Anglia, flew from Kensington Palace for 25 minutes before landing on a helipad at the Royal London Hospital.

Kensington Palace's account, which Kate and William share alongside with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, thanked fans on the birthday girl's behalf.

She gave birth to her third son, Louis, last April, and recently became an aunt to Arthur, the son of her sister Pippa Middleton.

There was an extra present, a model helicopter, for George and his father quipped: "I can not go back without a helicopter, George will never forgive me".

During her time there, she represented the college at tennis, hockey and netball.

The duchess-to-be met and began dating William while studying art history at St Andrew's University, where she studied history of art.

Now a patron of 17 charities, Kate will spend her year focusing on work to help children have the best possible start in life, with a special look at mental health provision.
