Antetokounmpo is second with 2,670,816 and leads an Eastern Conference starting five that now includes Toronto Raptors forward Kawhi Leonard, Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid, Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade and Boston Celtics guard Kyrie Irving.

Simmons' 695,032 fan votes this year puts him in ninth among all guards, behind the western conference's leader Steph Curry (2,094,158), Derrick Rose (1,986,840), James Harden (1,674,660), Russell Westbrook (1,494,382) and Klay Thompson (706,960).

Giannis Antetokounmpo, a forward for the Milwaukee Bucks, leads all Eastern Conference players with 2,670,816 votes, second to only James overall in the National Basketball Association.

The fan votes count for 50 percent of the all-star teams, with player votes accounting for 25 percent of the team, and a media vote for the remainder.

All current National Basketball Association players and a media panel each account for 25 percent of the vote, with those voters completing one full ballot featuring two guards and three frontcourt players from each conference.

Voting for fans, players and media will conclude on Monday, Jan. 21 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

The latest round of All-Star voting returns are in and, at the very top of each conference, nothing has changed. Each captain will draft rosters from the pool of players voted as starters and reserves in each conference. Boston forward Jayson Tatum and Philadelphia forward Jimmy Butler are fourth and fifth, respectively, in conference frontcourt voting. Coaches will determine the reserves.

The two guards and three front-court players with the best score in each conference will be named NBA All-Star Game starters.
