Nearly ten years after she first stepped onto the 'Britain's Got Talent' stage, Susan Boyle was back auditioning in front of Simon Cowell on Monday night.

But it was Mel B who had the night's Golden Buzzer and before she pressed it, sending confetti streaming all over the stage, she said.

A third wrote: "I pray you win the champion".

Boyle, who received a standing ovation as she took the stage, brought the entire studio audience and the judges to their feet.

"I just want to say what an absolute honor and pleasure it is to be sitting here and listening to you".

Before Boyle's performance, viewers were shown original content from her first audition and life before BGT.

After her performance, Simon Cowell showered her with support, saying: "I can't think of any other contestant who has defined this show better if I'm being honest with you".

Boyle said she chose to compete on "America's Got Talent: The Champions" in hopes of being a "champion" for others.

The judge and former Spice Girl told Boyle she had "an angelic voice" and said she was giving her "what she deserves" as she slammed the Golden Buzzer.

Boyle said she made a decision to return to the show for a second chance and how she would "love to win" this time.

"I was runner-up in Britain's Got Talent series three in 2009".

Still, Boyle says she has "something to prove" on The Champions, and calls herself a champion "for those who don't have the confidence to do things, for those who don't have a voice (and) the ones who people tend to ignore".

SuBo's television comeback has been hotly anticipated for months now and she shared a 'beautiful' moment with Simon Cowell when they reunited on the show.

Night one of America's Got Talent: The Champions featured outstanding talent from around the world and some favorites from here in the U.S.

Her debut album titled I Dreamed a Dream also shot to the number one spot in the United Kingdom album charts, where it remained for four weeks.

Another added: "Susan Boyle is back and she looks hotter than ever folks!"
