According to a tweet from user DanielRPK, the trailer for the highly-anticipated sequel to this year's Avengers: Infinity War will launch on Friday, December 7 at approximately 9 a.m. ET. "Considering Captain Marvel's ties to the end of "Infinity War" there could be some connection between the two trailers", Polygon reports. This would mean that, for the first time, fans of the MCU will be privy to an unprecedented three trailers in one week.

Wait, there's more: Marvel Studios confirmed it will release a new "Captain Marvel" trailer Monday during the halftime show on "Monday Night Football".

Interestingly, Collider is reporting that the first trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home will debut Saturday, December 8, also known as the day after Friday. Heard the Avengers 4 trailer was going to drop last week.

Then again, perhaps Avengers 4 could really take audiences for a ride and confound every prediction by ensuring those heroes did actually remain dead. Case in point: The Avengers 4 trailer, which is either long overdue, painfully overdue, slightly overdue but pushed back to honor the death of George H.W. Bush, or arriving right on schedule, depending on your opinion.

Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, Avengers 4 stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Brie Larson, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Paul Bettany, Anthony Mackie, Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Olsen, Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chadwick Boseman, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel, Karen Gillan, Evangeline Lilly and Josh Brolin.
