Emergency services in the Balearic archipelago tweeted that a man and a woman were found near Arta, one of the affected towns, "close to the area" where the auto of a missing German couple had been found.
After opening his academy to flood victims, Rafael Nadal volunteered to help clear homes of water and mud.
"Our staff remain in contact with the Spanish authorities who are responsible for responding to the floods, and are ready to assist any other British people who require our help".
Antonia Bauza, the deputy mayor of Sant Llorenc, confirmed two of the victims were British nationals.
A Balearic Islands' emergency services spokeswoman, who wasn't authorized to be named in media reports, told The Associated Press that the body of a Dutch woman was also recovered from the garage of a house in Arta, another nearby town.
Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (Spain) (AFP) - Rescue workers found the bodies of a man and a woman on Thursday on Spain's holiday island of Majorca, bringing to 12 the death toll from flash floods that tore through streets and swept away cars.
He said: "My solidarity and support goes out to the families and friends of victims and all the affected by these tragic floods", he said.
Witnesses told how they had minutes to get to safety as the water levels rose. Angela Alfaro had to spend the night in a shelter because a road section leading to Sant Llorenc had collapsed.
Another resident, Tomas Oliver, cleaned his house as he celebrated that all the damage in his household had been material.
Authorities said 80 soldiers and seven vehicles from the military's emergency unit had joined more than 100 rescuers who had been working in the area overnight.
World number one tennis star Rafael Nadal, who is from the island, was seen joining in with the clean-up effort.
Muddy waters rushed down roads, houses were flooded and vehicles piled up on top of each other after the Mediterranean island was pounded with rain in just a few hours, video footage showed.
The 17-time Grand Slam victor also provided shelter at his tennis academy in Manacor for displaced people whose homes were severely damaged by the flash flood.
