  • OnePlus 6T Set to Launch Soon New Leak Suggests No Triple Rear Cameras

The OnePlus 6T is quickly approaching. Leaked images have indicated that the device will come with water drop design, in which only the front-camera will be occupying the lone physical space up top and rest will be covered by working display.

We learned quite a few details about the OnePlus 6T over the past few days, including the fact that the phone will sport an in-display fingerprint sensor, that it'll lack a headphone jack, and that it'll be available from T-Mobile, the first carrier in the USA to ever partner with the Chinese smartphone maker. We have a first picture suggesting that OnePlus is more cautious about the changes to its second-year high-end smartphone than it might have guessed. Under the hood we're expecting a Snapdragon 845 processor.

The publication showed an alleged image of the OnePlus 6T's lock screen that shows a fingerprint icon, presumably highlighting where the user needs to place their finger in order to take advantage of the feature.

It also teased about the phone having a new way to unlock the screen and it's no secret as the company CEO has already confirmed that OnePlus 6T will have in-display fingerprint similar to the Vivo V11 Pro ( also Vivo Nex & X21 series).

The eagle-eyed reader will note the lack of a fingerprint reader below the dual LED flash on the rear panel, thus re-confirming that the OP6T will sport an in-display fingerprint sensor, as stated by OnePlus previously.

If these don't whet your appetite for the OnePlus 6T then the official teasers have begun, this time from India where the phone will be sold on Amazon exclusively.

To add fuel to this rumour a leaked image of the OnePlus 6T box appears to show the technology.

These are an updated USB-C version of the company's acclaimed Bullets V2.

That next device surely must to be the OnePlus 6T and a launch could, therefore, come in the next few months. Going by the previous pattern, OnePlus is expected to launch the new Android phone around mid-October.
