Justin Bieber Serenades, Smooches Hailey Baldwin Amid Marriage Speculation

The couple were in town because Baldwin walked the runway during London Fashion Week.

He played "Cold Water", his song with Major Lazer and Mø, to the crowd. Plus, his guitar case is open in front of him, the way a street performer's would be for tips - probably not what fans would expect from one of the biggest pop stars in the world.

And while the media are trying to find answers to their questions about a couple, Justin and Hailey spend time in London.

Hailey then added, "Well, I got engaged!".

Baldwin and Bieber sent fans into a frenzy last week, when they were seen at a New York City courthouse.

On Friday, it was reported that the two Wednesday in a civil ceremony at a New York City courthouse.

When the journalist asked him how insane a Baldwin wedding would be, the Hollywood star said, "they went off and got married".
