  • Tight end Mason Schreck set to make NFL debut Sunday

Early on in the 2017 season, some rumors surfaced that Luck had injured his shoulder in a snowboarding accident.

"I don't snowboard anymore", Luck said.

The Colts quarterback finished the half 20-of-25 with 170 yards, one touchdown and one interception.

When it happened, Luck called the Colts immediately and was honest about it.

Cincinnati Bengals safety Shawn Williams was ejected from Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts for a helmet-to-helmet hit on quarterback Andrew Luck. And this was after the initial (labrum) injury. Most people dismissed the idea due to poor sourcing, but Luck told Ian Rapoport of NFL Media that he suffered an AC joint sprain while snowboarding in the winter of 2016. I've had a bunch of AC sprains, both left and right shoulder, and resolved that issue. "The labrum is an issue". The labrum is soft tissue that surrounds the socket where the top of the humerus, or upper-arm bone, meets the glenoid, the shallow socket in the shoulder blade. Fortunately, Luck got back up and was fine, but Williams' day is over and it's likely that he'll hear from the league after this one.

"I didn't think it was much of a deal".
