  • Santi Cazorla presented to Villarreal fans in 'magical' unveiling

The La Liga outfit took the player unveil to another level when Cazorla was introduced to the fans at the Estadio de la Ceramica Thursday.

Santi Cazorla has often been described as a magician with a ball at his feet, so it was only right that an actual magician did the unveiling upon his return to Villarreal.

A magician uncovered a clear glass capsule before it fills up with smoke.

Cazorla left Arsenal at the end of his contract in May after nearly two years without an appearance, having gone through injury hell. At the stadium, the fans witnessed popular magician Yunke produce the footballer out of thin air.

As the smoke vanishes from the chamber, Cazorla miraculously makes his way out of the chamber, which was previously visibly empty.

Santi Cazorla's Villarreal unveiling was incredibly bizarre

Cazorla hung around after the stepping out of the glass cylinder to wave at the crowd and sign autographs.

It was then announced at the beginning of June that the 33-year-old had done enough to convince the Yellow Submarine to sign him up despite having not played a competitive game for over two years due to a chronic tendon injury. The popular Spaniard rejoins Villarreal 7 years after leaving them but he is still incredibly popular in that part of the world.

Cazorla said: "Today is a very special day for me because I return to what I consider to be my home".

"How the president and the club do things here is an example to follow".
