  • Ariana Grande performs at Wango Tango at Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles. The singer cried during an interview Friday Aug. 17 2018 with Ebro for Beats 1 on Apple Music as she shared thoughts on the 2017

After she marries "Saturday Night Live" cast member Pete Davidson, Ariana Grande's last name will officially be Grande-Davidson.

The arrest report was obtained by TMZ, but authorities have not disclosed what "controlled substance" they found.

Davidson passed a field sobriety test, but his friend wasn't so lucky.

The 24-year-old funnyman had been in the area filming Big Time Adolescence, a coming-of-age comedy that also stars the rapper Machine Gun Kelly.

So far, no official statement has been made. Officers have not revealed the nature of the controlled substance.

Pete Davidson and a friend recently had a run-in with law enforcement.

"The day I met her, I was like, 'Hey, I'll marry you tomorrow, '" he told the US edition of GQ magazine. "I was like, 'Do you like any of these?' She was like, 'Those are my favourite ones, ' and I was like, 'Sick'".

On "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" Aug. 16, Grande told Fallon how she met Davidson about two years ago on SNL when she was a guest host. I feel like it's got a ring to it, ' said the Dangerous Woman artist, adding that pride in her family's last name was the only aspect holding her back.

"We never exchanged numbers or anything", Ariana said. "I think of him with everything I do in it and he was so proud of our name, I should keep it". "Like my friends used to make fun of me and all that stuff".

Here's what we don't know. there were drugs in the vehicle, but we don't know why cops fingered the passenger.
