According to E! Online, the French actress Vanessa Paradis, married French film director Samuel Benchetrit in France.

The couple exchanged vows at a town hall in the small French town of Saint-Simeon on Saturday, June 30, with pictures from local newspaper Le Parisien showing the 45-year-old wearing a white fitted chiffon dress with a veil for her nuptials. Additionally, the "Joe Le Taxi" singer has a country estate nearby. Benchetrit opted for a blue suit on his special day.

The actress has never been married before, but was famously in a 14-year relationship with Johnny Depp, with whom she shares children Lily-Rose and Jack.

They reportedly became an item in 2016 after Benchetrit cast Paradis as the female lead in his film adaptation of the novel he wrote, Chien (aka Dog).


Depp and Paradis started dating in 1998 and ended their relationship in 2012.

In a 2011 interview, she revealed that she had no interest in a marital union. "Ceremonies don't matter to me, love is all I need". But her son Jack was not.

Vanessa Paradis is a married woman!

Vanessa and Samuel got engaged in November.

However, a source close to Paradis told People magazine that Jack is now on the mend and is apparently doing okay.
