  • Reggie says Nintendo Switch Online is the successor to the Virtual Console

Fils-Aime dropped the news during the E3 festivities last week. Allowing players to band together regardless of their console, "cross-play" blurs the lines between ecosystems, making it easier than ever to play with friends. After all, many diehard devotees of the free-to-play Battle Royale portion of the game will recall that a meteor seen in the skies eventually crashed into the earth to turn Dusty Depot into Dusty Divot. Here's everything you need to know about Xbox One and Nintendo Switch cross-play and the growing list of titles with support.

Do you think Nintendo's online service for Nintendo Switch is the successor to its virtual console?

With the crossplay function, more players can fill in a lobby quickly.

As of right now, Federation Internationale de Football Association doesn't even support a cross-platform account system. This often comes down to the nature of the gameplay and what approach a developer deems best for the best experience.

With cross-platform play once again in the spotlight after it emerged you can't use your Epic account on the Nintendo Switch version of Fortnite if you've used it on the PlayStation 4 version, many within the Federation Internationale de Football Association community have also wondered whether the feature might come to the world's biggest sports video game.

You will be able to play 20 NES games when the service launches, with the first 10 confirmed as Ice Climber, Soccer, Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. Now the game is on Nintendo Switch, it would seem like the time is right. Players might want to play mostly on a traditional console, but also access their account on the go.

Sony also received backlash in the past for stopping cross-platform play in Minecraft and Rocket League.

Have you used cross-play on any of the aforementioned games? Would you like to see cross-platform support added to Federation Internationale de Football Association 19?
