  • Woman arrested for stalking sent man 65k text messages

"I don't wanna be a murderer", one text message read.

Authorities say a woman was stalking a Paradise Valley man multiple times, including taking a bath in his home. Police arrived at the residence and found her with a large butcher's knife on the passenger seat of her vehicle, according to a police report.

According to the police report, Ades has shown indications she is mentally disturbed. The victim told police he asked the suspect to stop contacting him but she wouldn't listen.

Now that she's in jail, however, Ades said she will leave the man alone "if he wants me to".

In total she is accused of sending as many as 65,000 messages to the bloke. "I appreciate it", Ades said. Ades was on felony release in that case and failed to appear for subsequent court dates, the police report says. She failed to appear for her court date on that arrest and continued sending threatening text messages, police documents show.

Ades faces charges of threatening and intimidating, stalking, and harassment.

Ades denied that she was "a insane person", and insisted that she acted out of love. And maybe Red Dead Redemption isn't all that into certain things, so maybe I should try playing Dragon Quest instead of sending Red Dead Redemption 65,000 text messages.

Neighbors also told police that the woman was hanging around the street outside the man's home and kept telling them she was their neighbor's wife. Then in April 2018, the victim called authorities while he was out of the country and complained that he spotted Ames while looking over home security surveillance footage online. "I'd wanna bathe in it", azfamily.com reports.

"No", she replied. "I am the person that discovered love". "This was a journey, and I want to apologise because nobody could never be more sorry".

Ades' love interest contacted police twice previous year after she parked outside his home and continued peppering him with unwanted texts. She is held without bond and does not yet have an attorney.

Affiliate KPHO-KTVK asked jail officials whether Ades was receiving treatment at their facility, and they wouldn't comment on that, citing medical privacy laws.
